The Ministry of Information Communications and Technology (ICT) has launched the country’s historic Corporate Branding Manual and the Government Email System.The Hon. Minister for ICT Sen. Savannah Maziya emphasized the importance of cultivating a strong national brand identity, and also advocated for civil servants to effectively utilize the Manual as it unpacks how Government correspondences and vehicles should be branded with the proper colour coding and dimensions. Storage capacity for Government emails has also been increased and branded with signatures of users to promote professionalism. This new brand will build trust, security and efficiency across the board. In addition, the Hon. Minister stated that a data base for employed and unemployed citizens in the ICT space will soon be developed to help identify gaps and vacancies that have to be filled internally and externally. This momentous ocassion was attended by the Senate President Lindiwe Dlamini, her Deputy Sen. Ndumiso Mdluli and ICT Portfolio Committee Members of Senate and the House of Assembly.
