His Majesty King Mswati III says, there has been some tangible achievements by the Legislators, as reflected in the First Session of the 12th Parliament. He stated that going forward, as a 'NKWE!' commitment to addressing submissions made during the Sibaya, Parliament must strengthen citizen engagement and ensure full public participation in legislative outcomes. His Majesty also implored Parliament to be responsive to emerging trends in technology, adding that it was time that every LiSwati has access to laws passed and live streaming of Parliament Debates. His Majesty was speaking during the official opening of the Second Session of the 12th Parliament.
