Senator Princess Ntfombiyenkhosi has been appointed Second Vice President of the World Scout Parliamentary Union Africa Executive Committee. The Union is an Independent Association of Parliamentarians, Scouts Associations and Youth, functioning according to the fundamentals of scout principles as expressed in the Constitution of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). The Scout Parliamentary Union is represented in 106 countries. Meanwhile, Clerk to Parliament Mr. Benedict Xaba has been appointed as Scout Ambassador, Senate President Lindiwe Dlamini as the Patron and Speaker Jabulani Mabuza as a member.
