President of the Senate, Ps. Lindiwe Dlamini and Lomahasha Member of Parliament Honourable Zanele Mashaba attended the Indonesia-Africa Parliamentary Forum 2024 in Bali, Indonesia hosted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Dr. (H.C) Puan Mharani. The Forum was aimed to build upon the rich historical ties and foster deeper cooperation between Indonesia and African countries. As the countries face common challenges, and explore opportunities for mutual growth, the Forum serves as a pivotal platform for discussing critical issues and strengthening parliamentary partnerships across various sectors including the economy, health, agriculture and energy. The theme for the year's Forum is, "Forging Indonesia-Africa Parliamentary Partnership for Development\".
