KwaZulu-Natal Legislature Live in Action: Eswatini Parliamentarians had a first-hand witnessing of how the KwaZulu Natal Legislature conducts its business as they observed a live sitting Durban. This was during their benchmarking visit aimed at strengthening parliamentary practices. Led by the Deputy Speaker Hon. Madala Mhlanga and Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Eswatini Branch Chairperson Honorable Marwick Khumalo. The delegation also held formal discussions with Speaker Honorable Ntobeko Boyce and Deputy Speaker Mmabatho Tembe. The Visit concluded with a briefing on the Legislature’s operations, protocols, and staffing structures, as well as a historic overview of its growth and role in advancing democratic governance.
