The Portfolio Committee of the Ministry of Health - House of Assembly were taking submissions on the Eswatini Medical Supplies Agency Bill No. 14 of 2025. The first stakeholder to make submissions was the Eswatini Catholic Parliamentary Liaison Office (ECPLO) who stated that the Bill had no clear timelines for deliveries of medicine, and no protection of people who report corruption, known as whistle blowers. In turn, The Eswatini Association of Pharmaceutical and Medical Suppliers added that the Bill should include mechanisms for oversight, accountability and safeguards to prevent abuse and non-compliance with provisions. The Committee was Chaired by the Hon. Sandile Nxumalo
